Stuart is passionate about optimising corporate performance through applying sports based performance principles to increase and improve strategic decision making within senior leadership teams.
Stuart has 20 years’ experience working with creative and advertising agencies for the Telegraph Media Group. This started in newspaper publishing within a rich media landscape driven by innovation. Stuart’s speciality was working with Corporate Communication teams challenging brand perception and improving performance through digital content and App based solutions.
For the last 15 years Stuart has been racing both short and long distance triathlons. Stuart has competed all over the world including racing the Extreme Triathlon - Norseman and the World Ironman Championships seven times.
Stuart is driven by continuous improvement ardently encouraging people to take up triathlon and a fierce advocate of adventure and the outdoor lifestyle.
