We have also created a bespoke Areté talent assessment tool which we use in conjunction with our executive search and succession planning services. This is designed around the current and future competencies and capabilities of a role, and provides a SWOT analysis style report for the individual being assessed, which can support their ongoing executive coaching or leadership development.
