Founder, Areté Ventures
A neuroscientist by background, after 20 years in executive search, Emma founded Areté Ventures in 2018.
Emma oversees the neuroscientific input into all Lab solutions, as well as managing the three partner businesses: Areté Consulting, Areté Search and the Lab.
Emma is Chair of a UK charity, a Board Member at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and advisor to a number of small businesses.
She is also an honorary lifetime member of the Institute of Risk Management.
Emma authored “Coaching within the Financial Services Industry” in “Coaching in Professional Contexts” (Sage 2015). This book is used as a foundation text for the Coaching Psychology Programmes at Henley and UEL (UK), and The University of Sydney (Australia).
Emma has a degree in Neuroscience from the University of Sussex and holds a PGC in Coaching Psychology from UEL.
